Authentic Swiss Army Knives Imported From Switzerland

Shipping is absolutely FREE on all knives and accessories to US Destinations by first class mail with 5-10 business days delivery typical. No tracking or insurance is available for first class shipments.

Track Your UPS Package Track your UPS shipment by clicking on the UPS logo. Your order can be tracked nationwide as soon as it is shipped from our warehouse.

We recommend shipping via UPS Ground for $5.00. UPS ship times vary from 1-5 business days (we ship out of CA). UPS is the best choice for package trackability and for those customers who are not comfortable receiving packages from the United States Postal Service. Free shipping packages do not have tracking numbers. Call us if you have a time sensitive order and need to place a rush order. Or, at the very least, please note your deadline on your order in the "comments" box as you go through the checkout pages so that we are aware of your tight timeline.

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. UPS NEXT DAY is available for an additional $30 for standard overnight delivery. Please call for product availability.

Heavyweight luggage items do require additional shipping/handling charges. We will contact you with actual shipping costs before processing your order. First class shipping is not available on heavyweight luggage. We will quote you for UPS ground.

1-2 business days to ship by whatever shipping method you choose (unengraved items).

Engraving adds 2-5 business days.

Out-of-stock items can add 5-7 business days to order processing time. You will be notified (usually by an email) if an item you ordered is not in stock.

ENGRAVING:

Engraving adds time to your order (see "Order Timeline" above.


Free gift wrapping available on all orders of $50 or more. Just "order" it with the items you want gift wrapped. It is free and is offered as an added convenience to you since we appreciate your business and value you as a customer. The gift wrap is a high quality, gold foil paper - perfect for all occasions! Sorry but no gift wrap on small parts or luggage.

We currently have a $5.00 minimum order.

Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Items must be returned in new condition with all packaging/plastic wrapping intact. Returns are permitted on custom engraved items for mis-spelled words. Shipping charges may be subtracted from final return price.
