My Swiss Army Knife Story:
While I have 4 different Swiss knives that I use for various situations, the Classic Swiss Army knife is the one I use by far the most. Between having a strong blade that holds an edge, the scissors are a frequent tool used. I used the file the least but it is certainly a good tool when I need it. I use the end of it as a screwdriver as much or more as a file. It is also a most durable tool. My current Classic has lasted me approx. 7 years.
The quality of the steel in the Swiss Army knife has always impressed me. It takes a fine edge and holds it. Having the knife on my key ring makes it most accessible and convenient. The last thing about the knife is that I have it on my key ring next to my car key. In one motion, without any thought, I go into my pocket, come out with my keys and my car key is in my fingers ready to use. the Swiss Army Knife allows me to find this key unconsciously.
